TIPS FOR BEGINNERS TO USE AN EMBROIDERY MACHINE

As you bought an Embroidery Machine and all the necessities that go with it then getting nervous is understandable as you’ve invested in something. You may need to start the project all over again because you don’t have much experience. But no worries! Mistakes are proving that you're learning. The more you do something the easier it gets.

You have to practice a lot and you've to make time for it. Do a lot of research and practice. Allow yourself to spend a lot of time on embroidery as practice makes the man perfect. If you don't have time to take long classes then you don't have to worry about that! There are dozens of articles available on internet as well as video tutorials. You should always start with small and easy projects once you'll master the basics then you can upgrade these easy projects into complex and big projects as your skills and confidence grow. You can also make your own notes to memorize the thread types, needles, fabric, Embroidery Machine workings, adjustments, blending, and everything which is related to it. This technique will surely help you to improve your design. You don't have to buy the things which are not necessary. You need a fine fabric, a pair of scissors, threads, needless, design, and stabilizer. How can we forget about the Embroidery Machine? However, if your things are well organized then it saves your time. A well organized area where you'll spend your time embroidering will make it really pleasant for you to do it. Design files can be corrupted during download and even during conversion so it's better to test the files onto the small fabric before embroidering it into the actual fabric to avoid any kind of problems.

After some practice you can also try some more interpreting designs. DigitEmb offers plenty of free Embroidery Designs.
